Toyota Safety Sense 2.0 driver assistance operation
TSS 2.0 promises to build upon the great features and advancements already made by the technology. You’ll still be entitled to the following four innovations, but there are two newcomers that enter the fold this time around:
- Pre-Collision System with Pedestrian Detection
- Full-Speed Range Dynamic Radar Cruise Control
- Lane Departure Alert with Steering Assist
- Automatic High Beam
Lane Tracing Assist
The first new addition to the Toyota Safety Sense family is Lane Tracing Assist, which can recognize either yellow or white lane markings. This system, in turn, can provide steering assistance for a driver depending on the situation that the road layout calls for!
Which new Toyota models will have Toyota Safety Sense 2.0?
