The 2021 Toyota RAV4 has many standard connectivity features, regardless of trim. Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, Amazon Alexa, SiriusXM satellite radio, a Wi-Fi hotspot, a six-speaker stereo, a 7-inch touchscreen, and a USB input are standard. Higher trims get additional features, including a bigger 8-inch touchscreen, four additional USB ports, an 11-speaker JBL premium stereo, GPS-linked navigation, and wireless device charging.
No matter the trim you choose, the 2021 Toyota RAV4 has the Toyota Safety Sense 2.0 safety suite. It’s a suite of driver assistive features that includes forward collision warning, automatic emergency braking, pedestrian detection, lane departure warning, lane keep assist, lane trace assist, road sign recognition, adaptive cruise control, automatic high-beam headlights, and a rearview camera. Some other features are available on higher trims, such as blind spot monitoring, rear cross traffic alert, a surround-view parking camera system, front and rear parking sensors, and rain-sensing automatic windshield wipers.
Under the hood of the 2021 Toyota RAV4 there’s a dependable and efficient 2.5L four-cylinder engine that produces 203 horsepower and 184 lb-ft of torque. The engine is paired to an eight-speed automatic transmission. All trims are available in both FWD and AWD. Models with FWD get 27/35/30 mpg. AWD models get 27/33/29 mpg.
